GuestFlow ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered guest concierge platform for hospitality properties. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
- Account data — name, email, password hash, billing information via Stripe.
- Property data — property details, knowledge base content, guest chat messages, and QR scan analytics.
- Usage data — logs, device/browser info, and optional analytics with your consent.
How we use data
We use your data to provide the service, process payments, send transactional emails, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing emails are sent only according to your preferences.

Retention & rights
You may access, update, or delete your account data from Settings. Guest chat data is retained for analytics and service quality. Contact us to request deletion or export.
